Definition of SEO:

Search engine optimization (SEO)
is the process of improving the volume and quality of
traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural"
("organic" or "algorithmic") search results for targeted
keywords. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the
search results or the higher it "ranks", the more searchers
will visit that site. SEO can also target different kinds of
search, including image search, local search, and
industry-specific vertical search engines.
As a
marketing strategy for increasing a site's relevance, SEO
considers how search algorithms work and what people search
for. SEO efforts may involve a site's coding, presentation,
and structure, as well as fixing problems that could prevent
search engine indexing programs from fully spidering a site.
Other, more noticeable efforts may include adding unique
content to a site, ensuring that content is easily indexed
by search engine robots, and making the site more appealing
to users.

Optimization by keyword
Pick keywords that
you think is most relevant to your business. The keyword
could involve a single item (eg. Turtle Neck Top) or a
keyword of the whole category (eg. Golf Wear). We will give
recommendations and why we think a certain keyword should or
should not be included in our optimization campaign. Many
other keywords will also be optimized unintentionally (eg.
when we optimize the keyword “caps”, the keyword “baseball
caps” might also be listed high up in the ranks) . You could
get 30-100 keywords optimized in total.
It's important that we optimize your
keywords so that your audience can find your site. A
super-fast web site
won't succeed if no one can
find it.
A good position doesn't depend solely
on your choice of keywords. It also depends on how well
keywords are positioned on your web page, and how many
quality external pages link(backlinks) to your site.
However, choosing
the wrong keywords can throw off your entire search engine
optimization strategy, so Flash IT Business Solutions does
continuous research to secure rock solid high positions in
Search Engines.
Link building
Link building is by far
the most important factor that determines your ranking in
search engines. What is link building
about and where should you put your efforts for maximum
return? Strategic link building is about establishing you’re
competitive position in the online marketplace that already
exists, albeit informally around your industry sector.
How do you define the
online marketplace?
When potential customers look for an
answer to their problem, they will search on Google, scan
directories, read articles and product reviews,
Browse
on discussion groups and evaluate competitors.
The
collection of web
sites that your potential customers use
to do this make up the online marketplace
around your industry. These are the
web
sites we
target.
An effective link building strategy is
not,
“I'm looking for
80
links from
any
websites with a minimum Page
Rank of 5”
but rather,
“I
want
80
links from the most
relevant
websites that my customers and potential
customers regularly use.”
